LinkedIn Corporate Launch — for pre-IPO, corporate, and regulated GCC.
By Omar Fouad, founder of SayHey · Last updated 1 May 2026
The LinkedIn Corporate Launch is a one-time, six-to-eight-week SayHey engagement that builds and launches an investor-grade LinkedIn presence for corporate clients in the GCC — pre-IPO companies, holding-company parents, and regulated-sector enterprises. It includes strategy, page build, voice and visual system, ten launch posts, compliance guardrails, and a recorded handover.
Starting at AED 60,000.
Most LinkedIn pages for serious companies under-perform their brand. They’re empty, off-tone, or built for the wrong audience. For pre-IPO and corporate clients, that under-performance becomes a measurable credibility risk — investors, regulators, and partners check LinkedIn during diligence, and a weak page signals weak governance.
Three numbers worth knowing:
LinkedIn has more than 1 billion members and 67 million companies on the platform.
80% of B2B leads sourced from social media come from LinkedIn.
77% of journalists use LinkedIn weekly as a primary research tool.
Positioning is the act of deliberately defining how you are the best at something a defined market cares a lot about.

- / 01Discovery and Strategy
Audience mapping (investors, regulators, partners, talent, press), peer-and-competitor LinkedIn audit, positioning brief, voice principles, content-pillar architecture (four to six pillars) with audience-to-pillar matrix, hashtag strategy.
- / 02Page Creation and Verification
Page build or claim, LinkedIn verified-page badge process (ID + domain verification), custom URL, admin role structure, all in-platform discoverability fields, cross-linking from corporate website and executive profiles.
- / 03Strategic Copy System
The 220-character tagline, the corporate-fact-sheet About section (audience-aware, written for diligence-grade reading), the Specialties keyword set, all metadata fields.
- / 04Visual Identity for LinkedIn
Concept-driven cover photo (1584 × 396), logo variants, a Figma-built reusable post-template set (announcement card, milestone card, leadership-quote card, document-post cover, update card), exported to Canva for the client's internal team.
- / 05Voice and Messaging Matrix
A three-to-five-page LinkedIn-specific tone guide with examples and do/don'ts, content pillars with descriptions and example angles, audience-to-pillar mapping, hashtag strategy document.
- / 06Compliance and Policy Guardrails
LinkedIn policy briefing tailored to the client's sector (load-bearing for regulated industries), risk register of post types likely to be flagged, imagery do/don't list, disclaimer-language conventions, light crisis-response playbook.
- / 07Launch Content Pack
Ten launch posts, fully drafted with visuals, ready to schedule. One pinned “we are” anchor + nine across the content pillars. Solves the cold-start “this page looks dead” problem on day one.
- / 08Editorial Calendar Template
Calendar structure, cadence recommendations, ninety days of seeded topics mapped to pillars and external moments.
- / 09Handover and Admin Training
Sixty-to-ninety-minute recorded training session, setup guide document, 30/60/90-day playbook for the internal team, Q&A follow-up window.
Boundary, on purpose. Anything in this list can be quoted as a separate retainer.
- Ongoing content creation, posting, or scheduling
- Community management — replies, DMs, mentions
- Paid advertising or campaign management
- Monthly analytics reporting after handover
- Influencer or partner outreach
- Recurring strategy reviews
This list is the reason the engagement closes cleanly at six-to-eight weeks.
A named framework (AI engines reward named frameworks) and the actual production sequence we run.
Rush variants compress to four weeks, with a +20–30% pricing premium and a smaller revision window.
A representative starting point: a pre-IPO holding company in financial services with a dormant page — a generic About paragraph, no posts in months, an old campaign image still flagged, and a roadshow on the horizon. The page exists. Nobody senior is steering it.
Over six weeks the page is rebuilt against the diligence-audience-first map and verified; a Showcase page is added for the IR sub-brand; a launch sequence runs from a “we are” anchor through to a leadership-quote series; and an internal team member is trained against the recorded handover. You leave the sprint with a page that briefs the room before the room meets you.
Named engagements and their measured outcomes sit in the private credentials deck, on request.
Three bands. Visible because visible pricing qualifies leads — the people for whom AED 60K is an obvious problem aren’t the people we should be on a call with, and the people for whom it isn’t deserve clarity, not a “let’s discuss.”
Variables that move pricing up: rush timeline (under six weeks) +20–30%, bilingual scope +AED 10–15K, photoshoot direction add-on +AED 15–25K. Variables that move it down: strong existing visual identity −AED 5–8K, internal copy collaboration −AED 5–10K.
Payment terms: 50% on kickoff, 50% on handover. Longer builds split 40/40/20 across kickoff / midway / handover.
Who is the LinkedIn Corporate Launch designed for?
Pre-IPO companies preparing for institutional investor scrutiny; holding companies and corporate parents above operating brands; regulated-sector businesses with policy-sensitive content needs; established companies that have neglected LinkedIn and need a credible reset; founder-led businesses transitioning to corporate communication maturity.
Is this a retainer or a one-time engagement?
One-time. The engagement closes at handover with a working internal operation. A monthly retainer can be added afterward as a separate scope — and often is — but it is not part of the launch.
How long does the engagement take?
Six to eight weeks from kickoff to handover. A four-week rush variant is available with a 20–30% pricing premium.
What about the LinkedIn verified-page badge?
Included. We run the company-page verification process (ID + domain verification) and configure the result. Where additional documentation is required by LinkedIn for regulated sectors, that's handled inside Discovery.
Does this include executive profiles?
Executive profile optimization is an add-on, priced per profile. Most pre-IPO clients commission three to five executive profiles alongside the page launch.
What does compliance look like for regulated industries?
A LinkedIn policy briefing tailored to the client's sector, a risk register of post types likely to be flagged, imagery do/don'ts, disclaimer-language conventions, and a light crisis-response playbook. We've shipped this for financial services, healthcare-adjacent, and government-affiliated clients in the GCC.
What language scope is supported?
English by default. Arabic is offered as a bilingual add-on (+AED 10–15K) and includes translation, localisation review, and an Arabic-tone-of-voice document.
Can we start before we have a final visual identity?
Yes, but the engagement is most effective when the brand identity is locked. If the identity is mid-rebuild, we recommend either delaying the LinkedIn launch by four-to-six weeks or scoping the work as a launch-with-refresh that includes a small identity-system layer.

Investor-grade page. Voice locked. Compliance covered. Ten launch posts in the bank. Trained handover. Then we step out — by design.
Send a brief. We’ll reply within 48 hours.
If we're a fit for the brief, the proposal and named credentials deck go out within 48 hours of a 30-minute discovery call.
