MAKE the moment.

The thing your audience walks up to.

MAKE is the activation pillar of SayHey's Make · Capture · Amplify method — the team that builds brand moments your audience can physically attend or share. It runs three productized services (Strategy, Activations, Creators) plus a long tail of category-specific work for luxury and lifestyle brands across the GCC.

When does a brief belong here?
  • There's a date and a venue — or there will be by the time the brief is approved. Pop-up, mall takeover, hotel takeover, store launch, mobile or truck tour, scent or beauty launch event, hospitality preview, drop program.
  • The audience needs to encounter the brand in a way that scrolling can't replicate. Touch, taste, scent, room temperature. The senses paid media can't carry.
  • The success metric is mixed: in-market traffic plus content asset density plus earned-media pickup. Single-metric briefs (only-cost-per-acquisition) usually live in AMPLIFY instead.
Three example briefs

Anonymized · The named version sits in the private credentials deck.

A heritage Italian eyewear house wanted to test a Dubai pop-up before committing to a regional rollout. We led the venue scout, the build, the talent + creator program, and the launch event over a four-week run.

A regional fashion e-commerce platform wanted its first creator-led drop. We scoped the creator, ran the design and sample build, ran the photo and film day, and managed the drop window.

A European luxury hotel group brought us in for the soft-launch of a new restaurant inside a heritage property. Three nights, four creator tables, a room-takeover photoshoot, and a managed influencer-content rights program.

Inside make

Strategy the brief before the brief.

Where the moment begins. A senior strategist scopes the audience, the catalyst, the venue logic, the media catalysts, and the creator architecture before anyone builds anything. Two-to-six-week engagement; deliverables are the strategic brief, the audience-to-channel matrix, the budget-to-outcome model, and a one-page “what we're going to make and why” that the rest of the team builds against.

Activations the build.

Pop-ups, mall takeovers, mobile and truck tours, scent and beauty launches, hospitality previews, store openings, drop programs. Senior production lead, venue and supplier negotiation, build and decommission, talent and creator program, launch-day operations, and the photographer-and-film-rights program embedded from day one.

The GCC luxury retail and experiential market is forecast at roughly USD 9.7 billion in 2025, with mall-anchored experience formats taking a disproportionate share of in-person engagement.

Creators the influencer + creator program.

Influencer collection drops, creator-led storefronts, multi-creator co-launch programs, and the curated long-tail-creator activations that move actual product. We work upstream on creator selection (audience-fit before reach), then run the brief, the production, the rights program, and the live-window orchestration.

Eighty-five percent of GCC consumers say creator content has influenced a luxury or lifestyle purchase decision in the last twelve months — a number significantly higher than US-equivalent markets.

Combinations
  • MAKE + CAPTUREThe most common combination — the activation and the asset library for it. We bias new clients toward this combination because un-captured moments amortize poorly.
  • MAKE + CAPTURE + AMPLIFYThe full-method engagement. Best when the brand has an in-market reason to compound and not just a launch deadline.
  • MAKE onlyWorks when the brand has an existing creative agency on retainer for content and an in-house media team. We'll be straight about whether that combination is worth our seniors.
What it does not include
  • Ongoing community management of the brand's social channels post-event. That belongs in AMPLIFY's Social service or with a community partner.
  • Paid-media management — lives in AMPLIFY.
  • Permanent retail fit-out beyond the activation footprint. We work alongside retail-architecture studios; we don't replace them.
  • Public relations as a standalone mandate. PR runs adjacent to most MAKE engagements but it isn't a service we own.
Engagement shape

How long

Eight to fourteen weeks for the build window, with a live window of one to four weeks. Strategy-only engagements are shorter (two to six weeks). Drop-led creator programs sometimes compress to four to six weeks total.

How priced

By engagement, in three bands per sub-service. Variables that move pricing: rush timeline, bilingual scope, category complexity, and venue type. Request the deck →

MAKE is the moment your audience walks up to. CAPTURE is the evidence it leaves behind. AMPLIFY is the tail that makes both compound.

For the names

A short note is enough.

We don't publish a client list. For the names — and the proof — we send a private credentials deck on request, after a short brief.
